WELCOME TO BERNEDOODLE PERFECTION AND THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING OUR BEAUTIFUL PUPPIES. WE ARE A FAMILY OF SEVEN RESIDING IN THE ROLLING COUNTRYSIDE OF ARTHUR, ILLINOIS.
My passion to become a dog breeder began as a young child, we always had a family dog and occasionally had the joy of welcoming a new litter of puppies. My dream came true at the age of 21 when I purchased my first female. For 10 years we raised Pomeranians and in 2014 added Pomskies to our breeding program which is a designer breed created by crossing a Siberian Husky and a Pomeranian. Over the years of raising the Pomeranian and Pomsky puppies, we experienced a few families that were unable to adopt a puppy because of an allergic reaction they had while playing with them. Given common allergies among families, I wanted to be able to offer a low-to non-shedding breed for families who wanted pets.
As an up-and-coming Bernedoodle breeder, these pups were becoming increasingly popular pets. After additional research, I knew it was the perfect breed to add to our experienced breeding program. Bernedoodles have an amazing personality and docile temperament, however, there is much more to raising a Bernedoodle puppy than breeding a Poodle to a Bernese Mountain Dog. Finding sires and dams with great conformation, according to the breed standard, and good personalities is the easy part of raising them since these two important factors are visible in the dogs. However, after doing research I found the need for the sires and dams to have perfect genetics, which is invisible to the eye, is the challenge.
Why adopt a Bernedoodle Puppy? | Hypoallergenic Dog Breeds
At Bernedoodle Perfection we Embark DNA test our adult dogs in our breeding program to ensure our parents do not carry genetic issues that could be passed on to their offspring. With these genetic tests, we can also determine what color their puppies will be and the type of hair coat they will have. For example our F1 Bernedoodle puppies have the lowest level of shedding possible of Hypoallergenic Dogs in the F1 generation. The Mini F1 Bernedoodle is the 1st generation and may vary in size, depending on the size of the Dam (Bernese Mountain Dog) and Sire (Toy or Miniature Poodle).

With years of experience, our attention to detail and the genetic testing done on our adults – the perfect name for our hard work is “Bernedoodle Perfection.”
Our experienced USDA accredited Veterinarian makes routine visits to inspect our adult dogs and puppies. We follow his strict vaccine and dewormer protocol. Young puppies need lots of love, attention, and stimulation. Therefore, we start socializing them at a very young age. By the time they go to their “furever” home, they are very experienced at giving puppy kisses. 😘
